At The Loch Lomond Bird of Prey Centre we are passionate about our birds and their welfare. We operate as a fully licensed zoo with specific responsibility to inform and educate the public. If you visit us, not only will you learn about our wonderful birds, but also about their individual character and history. In addition, you will learn about habitat and how you can help to conserve our native wildlife.

A great location beside Loch Lomond. Home to 35 birds with over 25 species our new location is in natural woodland on the edge of Loch Lomond. The site is a relaxing venue to learn & escape every day life. The trees and surrounding vegetation provide the perfect backdrop for not only our own birds, but many species of native wild birds

Back to the wild: We are active in the rehabilitation of wild birds, in conjunction with the Scottish SPCA. Our education room contains information relevant to Birds, of Prey, Owls, and Falconry.

The Ultimate Gift, sponsoring one of our birds. Bird sponsorship is a great way to become involved with the centre and support the welfare of the birds. Sponsors receive a certificate and a 12 month pass and your name displayed on your bird’s pen or aviary. Season Tickets are also available to reduce the costs to regular visitors.

Contact us to arrange a group visit, a ‘Hawk Walk’, ‘Meet The Owls’ or our ultimate ‘Meet The Birds’ experience, or to become a volunteer.
