Bridge Park Cottage is truly a hidden gem. Few Scottish Cottages are located in such peaceful locations whilst still easy to access and close to a selection of local bars and restaurants. Bridge Park Cottage is an ideal self catering holiday as it has everything you need including a real fire and a large sunny garden and outside dining with ever changing views up Glen Lochay. Regular visitors to our garden include pine martens, red squirrels and spotted woodpeckers!

All our guests enjoys the constant stream of wildlife visitors to the cottages garden. Bridge Park Cottage is a ‘Twitchers’ paradise and ideal for lovers of Scotland’s ever changing scenery.

Located just half a mile outside Killin, we are a perfect base for exploring by foot, bicycle or further afield by car. Bridge Park is also a great cottage to simply chill out and recharge in front of an open log fire. Don’t fancy cooking? Ten minutes walk away is the Bridge of Lochay Hotel that serves both breakfast and evening meals and nearby Killin there is a good choices of Places To Eat and to enjoy a wee tipple.

The cottage also has a large sunny garden with garden furniture allowing you to enjoy a home cooked meal outside; surrounded by open countryside you will love the ever changing views.

Clean and comfortable Bridge Park Cottage is fully equipped with everything you will need for a comfortable holiday. The fully equipped kitchen includes a washing machine and dishwasher and freezer. There is also a dining table that seats 6. Upstairs are 2 spacious bedrooms (a double with a single bed and a double with a cot), also a small single room allowing up to 5/6 to stay.

Dogs are welcome, however, due to the amount of wildlife we attract and sheep in the adjacent fields there are some commonsense rules we ask you to follow if bringing your pet.

An ideal location for fishing in Scotland, Killin is close to Loch Tay and 23 miles of Trout fishing rivers as well as the Loch itself. At Bridge Park we work very closely with the local fishing organisations such as the Killin and Breadalbane Angling Club. For those looking for a Scottish fishing break we include 2 Trout and Course Fishing Permits and Car Park display cards in our weekly rentals.

The highly regarded 9 hole Killin Golf Club is also a 15 minute walk away.

Bridge Park Cottage is only half a mile from Loch Tay, close to the River Lochay & its crystal clear waters and is a pleasant stroll to Killin where the famous Falls of Dochart are to be found.
