Aberfoyle Cottages are two fully modernised semi-detached cottages situated in an idyllic location in the The Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park overlooking Loch Lomond and Ben Lomond. With open fields and forest to the south they are situated off a quiet forest road both with secure gardens ideal for children and pets. Perfect for walking and cycling with miles of tracks and paths on your doorstep. Fishing, horse-riding, golfing, hill walking, and water sports are all available nearby.

Benview Holiday Cottage is a former Forestry Commission Cottage, it has a large garden and all the rooms are on the ground floor and every window has great views. Refurbished to a high 4 star standard Benview sleeps 4 persons in one twin and one double bedroom. Warm and cosy all year round it has a wood burning stove in the lounge and fully controllable oil central heating throughout. The cottage has free Wifi, a 42″ HD Smart TV with Freesat, full internet access, catch-up TV and Netflix membership giving you a choice of hundreds of films, TV series and documentaries at no extra charge as well as a bluetooth mini HiFi with a good choice of music for your entertainment.

Lomond View is a 4 star cottage and comfortably sleeps 4 persons, it is warm and cosy with fully controllable gas central heating throughout. The kitchen has all the mod cons you could need e.g. electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and all the pots, pans and utensils you need. The large open plan lounge and dining area is great for relaxing after your day with 42” Smart TV with catch up TV and Netflix, free wifi, DVD player, ipod docking station, CD/radio and living flame fire, there is also a selection of DVD’s and CD’s, games and books for you to enjoy, or just sit in the sun porch at the front of the cottage with a glass of wine and watch the sunset over Ben Lomond. It has 2 spacious bedrooms with a twin room on the ground floor with views over the garden and a large double bedroom upstairs with seating area and views to Ben Lomond, there is also a TV in this room. The spacious bathroom is downstairs with electric shower over a jacuzzi bath.

We provide a welcome pack of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, milk, wine and home-made cake to help you settle in. Aberfoyle is just a short walk away and has a supermarket open 7 days a week from 8am till 10pm. A cot and high chair is also available upon request so let us know when you are booking.

Muddy Boots and dogs are very welcome: Both gardens have a BBQ and garden furniture for you to use and also a large secure shed for storage of your bikes or any other sports equipment. Whatever the weather, whatever the season we offer you the opportunity to relax in warm and comfortable accommodation in one of the most scenic parts of Scotland!

There is secure off road private parking for your car adjacent to both cottages.

Weekly rates from £350 to £575. Short breaks are available in the quieter months.
All heat, light and power costs, towels and linen are included in the weekly charges.
