The space

Guests will love the large living room, with a very comfortable corner sofa, TV, WIFI, & DVD player & dining area with a sunny aspect to the hills. The house is split level so 2 of the bedrooms are downstairs ( a very comfortable double and twin), along with a family bathroom, a handy large utility room with sink, washing machine & door to outside where there’s some steps down to a private garden space with sunny seating area. The family bathroom has a separate walk in electric shower as well as a bath. The upstairs bedroom/study/dayroom is a flexible space, sleeping 1 – 2 people, situated next to the kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen is suitable for all self catering needs. Attracting excellent reviews, 12 on the Hill is the ideal location for your Scottish holiday. The house features local photographs on the walls with a selection of games in the cupboard should you need to stay indoors.
