Craigmore Guest House is a comfortable 10 room B & B offering the best quality service & accommodation. Overlooking the River Forth, this superbly positioned Bed and Breakfast has picturesque surrounds & views of Ben Lomond right outside the front door. Aberfoyle Village centre is only a short 2 min walk away with many shops and facilities, and the Trossachs National Park offers many tourist attractions, cycling and walking trails close by.

Your Host : Liz and Andrew

The Craigmore Guest House is quietly located on the edge of Aberfoyle village with open views in several directions. Owned by Liz and Andy they take great pride in proving great Scottish hospitality at a reasonable price.

All rooms are ensuite and well maintained, there are also several rooms and a lovely garden to chill out in. All guests love the friendly atmosphere and cooked to order breakfasts. Liz also offers a discount to her guests who choose to eat her Coffee Shop, Liz MacGregors and The Black Bull Hotel in nearby Gartmore which they also own, a genuine and historic village Inn.

Here is a typical Guests comment: My husband and I both enjoy hillwalking and found this was a perfect base. The woman who runs the Guesthouse works very hard and is very friendly and welcoming, she changed our room on the second night as we wanted a shower instead of a bath and provided us with extra blankets and a heater in case we got cold at night. Breakfast was lovely with a good selection to choose from and real Scottish porridge, delicious. We went in to town (5 mins down the road) to The Forth Inn and had a lovely evening meal Fish and chips and Steak pie and chips, prices very good. They were having a Halloween Party and it was a great night. The locals were very friendly and made us both feel welcome and chatted to us all night. Beautiful town and excellent walks for all levels of fitness. When we go back for the weekend we will be going back to the Craigmore Guesthouse as it has everything we need. Sandra C, Glasgow. John-Pat-Jessica, Glasgow.

Muddy Boots and Mucky Paws very welcome: Walkers and cyclists are most welcome and we have lock up and washdown facilities for you to use. The only small request we have is that you clean down your dirty boots and mucky paws before coming in.
