Warm & Cosy all year round: Kirkton self-catering Farmhouse in Crianlarich is a traditional & large farmhouse with double glazed windows and oil central heating. Located on a working farm, it is well maintained & is part of SRUC (Scottish Rural Campus).

Just bring yourself and your supplies: Kirtkton Farmhouse has a large & comfortable lounge with a log burner, Sky TV and DVD player. The open plan dining room and kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fridge and freezer.

5 comfortable bathrooms sleep up to 14 persons. 3 of the 5 bedrooms are upstairs at the front of house (1 twin, 1 triple & a family room). The refurbished bathroom (with shower) and another shower room are also on this level. On the ground floor there is another family room and the ground floor also has a shower room with WC and hand basin. At the back of the house above the kitchen is a 2nd twin bedroom.

Plenty to keep you occupied! Over 30 Munros are accessible from Kirkton Farmhouse. We are also ideally located for hiking, cycle touring, canoeing, mountain biking, golfing and walking the West Highland Way and there is safe storage & drying facilities. There is also plenty of parking.

Muddy Boots, dirty wheels and mucky paws are very welcome: Kirkton farmhouse is perfectly located for those who love exploring Scotland on foot or by bike. We are also perfectly located for the the West Highland Way walk. If you do return tired and mucky all we ask is that you don’t bring in your mucky gear into the house & clean your pets.

Perfect for exploring Scotland by train. Crianlarich has a rail station and a closeby Tyndrum has 2 railway stations allowing you to reach most parts of Scotland by train. Every day could be a different journey through spectacular Scottish Highland scenery. Easily reached by car or train is Fort William and Scotland’s highest Mountain Ben Nevis at 1344m.
