Located in the heart of the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park, The Coach House is located in 38 acres of beautiful scenery overlooking Scotland’s only lake, The Lake of Menteith. This is an area steeped in history and The Trossachs are arguably one of Scotland’s most beautiful area, known as the “Highlands in miniature” you are never far from hidden glens and lochs.

Set in its own grounds The Coach House is a converted stable, semi-detached it quietly sits behind ‘Pine Lodge’ and Nick Nairn’s Cook School. The Coach House sleeps 8-10 people in 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms, all bedrooms are en-suite.

Ideal for Socialising The Coach House has a generous kitchen/dining space, with a hand-made elm table that can seat 10 and more, directly off this is the sun lounge, making the whole space feel open. The Sun lounge has 2 new sofas with chaise lounges attached and a flat-screen TV. Beyond that, through the patio doors, there is a decking area with patio furniture and a hot tub on it’s own area of decking.

Warm and cosy all year round. Heating and electricity are all included in the price. Heating and hot water are heated by oil and there is a second hot water system heated by electricity. Bed linen, towels, tea towels, an eco cleaning products starter pack is also included.
